Health Authority Seminar: "Best Practice OR Booking"

Sullivan Healthcare Consulting Canada Co. recently presented a Health Authority Seminar on the value of effective OR Booking and Scheduling Processes.  SHC’s presentation stressed the importance of standardized processes across each Health Authority facility.  SHC also outlined what to expect when implementing a new OR Booking and Scheduling System.
